Job location- Vadodara, Gujarat Mandatory Requirement Experience of product costing, Cost Audit & SAP is must Key Responsibilities Prepare and monitor all product costing estimates for both new and existing product formulations ➢ Conduct cost-benefit analyses on new projects or initiatives to help management determine whether they are financially viable. ➢ Analyse all current costing models for accuracy and identify opportunities to streamline and standardize designs where possible. ➢ Prepare and analyse of monthly/quarterly/annual Cost Sheet (Production costs, including raw materials, labour and overhead expenses). ➢ Responsible for setting up the standard cost for labour and overheads and bill of material and updated the same on periodical basis. ➢ Prepare, review and analyse standard and actual costs for variances/inaccuracies or improvements, Perform variance analysis such as quantity variance, price variances etc. ➢ Prepare and analyse monthly inventory valuation and Reconcile inventory valuation working with the general ledger and maintain accurate raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventories and also validate and analyse the cost of goods sold as part of the month-ending activity. ➢ Responsible for quarterly/annual audits/cost audits/transfer pricing audits in compliance with laws, policies, and procedures. ➢ Analyse, investigates, interprets and reconcile accounting data, records, and reports to determine costs classification, allocate/apportion costs and reallocates/reapportion the cost to ensure they are recorded in the appropriate cost head/structure and post related monthly journal entries. ➢ Identifying areas where the Company can cut costs or improve efficiency, and making recommendations to management on how to do so. Design and/or Developing or Improves Cost MIS and uses appropriate costing methodologies to recognize, determine, accumulate, and report costs of activities/products that accurately capture all relevant expenses and provide management with the information they need to make informed decisions. ➢ Work cohesively with the production team to review, analyse and verify accurate reporting of production order, quantities, machine hours, production costs and shutdown accruals. ➢ Assist the Controller with daily, weekly, and monthly accounting, analysis, and reporting responsibilities. ➢ Responsible for the Cost accounting module of the SAP B1 (ERP System). ➢ Preparation of Annual operation budget plan/ Financial planning and analysis and monitor the same on monthly basis for budget versus actual. ➢ Perform other duties and special projects as assigned If you are passionate to make your career in Chemical Manufacturing Organization and have the required experience and qualifications as mentioned above, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
