Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our team. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated test scripts for our software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation frameworks, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products.
Key Responsibilities:
♦ Designing and developing automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
♦ Implementing test automation frameworks and strategies to optimize testing processes.
♦ Collaborating with development and QA teams to identify test automation opportunities and requirements.
♦ Executing automated test scripts and analyzing test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
♦ Maintaining and enhancing existing test automation suites to keep pace with software changes and updates.
♦ Participating in code reviews and providing feedback on testability and automation best practices.
♦ Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and validate system integrations.
♦ Continuously researching and evaluating new tools and technologies to improve test automation practices.
Qualifications:
♦ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
♦ 5+ years of experience in test automation or software development/testing roles.
♦ Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
♦ Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
♦ Experience with version control systems such as Git.
♦ Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
♦ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
♦ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
♦ Technical Skills: Selenium, Appium, Java, Python, JavaScript, Git, Test Automation Frameworks.'
