Seeking an HR Administrative Professional:

Position Summary:

The HR Admin and Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources and administrative tasks for the organization. This role involves handling various HR functions and providing administrative support to the owners of the company. The HR Admin and Admin Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Human Resources Management:

· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.

· Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

· Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

· Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate employee records.
· Handle employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
· Stay up-to-date with labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

 

2. Employee Development and Training:

· Identify training needs and coordinate the implementation of training programs.
· Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
· Facilitate professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
· Encourage employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.

3. Administrative Support:

· Manage administrative tasks for the owners, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

· Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain office files and records.
· Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both internal and external.
· Assist in budgeting and financial management tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing invoices.
· Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and supplies.

4. Compliance and Policies:

· Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies as needed.
· Maintain employee confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

· Assist in the development and implementation of workplace safety and security measures.

· Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and administration.

 

5. Vendor Coordination:

· Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.

· Serve as the point of contact between vendors and internal teams to coordinate procurement and logistics.

 

6. Team Communication:

Facilitate communication between different departments and teams to ensure the smooth flow of information and projects.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

 

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in HR administration and general administrative roles.

3. Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

7. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.

8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Employment Type- Full time

Timings- 10-7pm Working days- 5 days

Qualification: Graduate or equivalent with excellent command of the English language Salary- 2.5 Lacs to 3.5Lacs Location- Noida Sector-63 , Uttar Pradesh
