Ruggd Indian is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Malad, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales and brand visibility. This role requires a creative thinker, strategic planner, and a hands-on executor who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversion. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Ecommerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform. Implement strategies to enhance the user experience, improve site navigation, and optimize product listings. Analyze website performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and persuasive content for various online channels, including website, and email. Coordinate with the design team for visually appealing product images, banners, and other promotional materials. SEO and Analytics: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. Monitor website analytics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and ecommerce. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms. Working knowledge of Wordpress Experience of managing catalog and sales on ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
