Job description
Unacademy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Educator (Spanish) for our Spanish Content division. This role involves creating high-quality educational content, leading a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of learners in the US market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both Spanish and English, experience in content creation within the language learning sector, and the leadership skills necessary to mentor a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities ● Design and develop engaging Spanish language learning content tailored to the needs of the US market. ● Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum. ● Lead and mentor a subject matter expert in Spanish, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. ● Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness. ● Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering. Qualifications ● Proficiency in Spanish and strong English communication skills. ● Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms. ● Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship. ● Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy. ● Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.Job tags
