Experience: Minimum of 5 years in similar organisations. Job Description: Accounts Manager Key Responsibilities Areas: 1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining of accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. 2. Budget Management: Developing, monitoring, and managing budgets to ensure financial stability and profitability. 3. Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to senior management. 4. Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations and preparing and filing tax returns. 5. Reconciliation: Periodical reconciliation of client, bank, account receivable and account payables. 6. Audit Preparation: Coordinating and facilitating audits by external auditors and ensuring that financial statements are prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 7. Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data and providing insights to help improve financial performance and decision-making. 8. Vendor and Client Relations: Managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients, especially in terms of financial transactions and payments. 9. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations. 10. Ensuring prompt management of GST and GST related activities. 11. Payroll Management: Adhering to all HR related mandatory compliances like PF, ESIC, etc. Qualifications: · B.Com Graduate · Chartered Accountant (CA) · High working knowledge of Tally ERP 9.0. · Knowledge of Pagarbook’s Application Payroll will be of advantage. · Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook. · Should be fluent at communication in English, Tamil & Hindi. .
