Role:
Hardware Engineer Minimum 6-9 years of experience in embedded system board design and development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Should handle hardware system design including end to end product development involving complex analog & digital circuit design with 16/32 /64-bit microcontrollers-based designs
• Collaborate with mechanical, layout, and firmware engineers to successfully develop and validate the hardware designs
• Should be able to work on digital Communication protocols like CAN, RS232, SPI, I2C etc.
• Ability to Analyze and predict design performance using Simulation tools, Analytical Skills etc.
• Lead discussions with suppliers / Manufacturing plant on hardware / prototype development
• Modeling, simulation, and analysis experience with tools like MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE, PSIM tools
• Collaborate with project Lead and program manager for sprints and integration with overall project milestones, responsible to bring up issues and potential resolutions.
• Practice key principles of Medical and various IEC standards for compliance and quality management

Skills & Competencies:
Must Have:

• In depth understating of hardware requirements
• Strong analog and digital circuit design and in-depth troubleshooting skills
• Experience in microcontroller and microprocessor-based board
• Experience with developing design & verification documents
• Design or modify electrical/electronic engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics
• BOM generation/scrubbing and detailed drawings/specifications designs. BOM cost analysis.
• Knowledge of DFM, EMI/EMC consideration.
• Extensive working experience with board and system level testing and verification.
• Experience with lab tools like DSO/MSO, bus analyzers, function generators and Safety testers for hardware development
• Ability to work efficiently as a team member and deliver result
