About the Position The Sales Manager plays a critical role in the success of our organization by leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales management. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who is not only a seasoned sales professional but also possesses expertise in social media marketing and content creation. This role requires an individual who can drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies that leverage social media and compelling content. What you will be doing: 1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals Leverage social media and content to create sales strategies that engage and attract potential clients. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. 2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, emphasizing the use of social media and content to support sales efforts. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members. Foster a motivating and collaborative team environment. 3. Social Media Marketing: Create and execute social media marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Manage and update the company's social media profiles to maintain a strong online presence. Monitor and respond to social media engagement, comments, and messages. 4. Content Creation: Develop compelling and creative content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other materials that support sales efforts. Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with sales objectives. Utilize content marketing to drive traffic and engagement. 5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Identify new business opportunities and strategies for client growth. Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. 6. Sales Process Optimization: Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure that it is managed efficiently.
