We are looking for enthusiastic Interns (Human Resource Department) with a 'can-do' attitude to assist our organization to learn & after that manage and oversee aspects of Human Resource Development to bring about a positive effectively & lively culture in the organization. Our ideal candidate will learn to be skilled in managing compensation, benefits, recognition, training, performance management and employee relations in a manner that retains staff members long-term and with incredible organizational skills able to amplify our brand & our products.. We are proud of the diversity in our workforce, and our Human Resources Manager is tasked with ensuring that our company culture welcomes a diverse population and supports each person in achieving career goals within the organization.

Result Areas / Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making attitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
