Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Manage and organize sales documentation and materials
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
