JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work as a liaison between the end-users/customers and developers to clearly define project requirements and document the resulting technical requirements.
- Verbal as well as Email coordination with customers
- Identify business rules and scenarios for the B2B Implementation
- Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
- Documentation of progress and process
- Team coordination including work prioritisation and redistribution, raising alerts to stakeholders about resource and training needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.(NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Basic knowledge and understanding of EDI Standards (EDIFACT or ANSI X12)(MANDATORY)
- 1-2 years Experience working with any EDI software for either EDI development or testing
- Experience in understanding EDI Specification Guidelines and preparing applicable business scenarios(REQUIRED).
- Knowledge of Logistics and Supply chain for one or more among Retail, BFSI, Healthcare or Automotive Industries. (REQUIRED)
- Ability to understand customer business processes and needs
- Ability to translate technical or procedural information into specifications or action plans and to convey technical or complex information to others in non- technical
- Anticipates consequences of actions, potential problems, or opportunities for change.
- Actively seeks help in gathering resources, soliciting input, and using a variety of techniques to reach a solution
- Prior experience as BA would be added advantage
