Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Human Resources Coordinator located in Dehradun. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, and maintaining HR policies. The Human Resources Coordinator will also be responsible for handling HR-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• HR management, benefits administration, and employee relations skills required
• Experience in creating and maintaining HR policies
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in HR administration or similar role
• Understanding of Indian labor laws and standards
