Act as the primary liaison between the agency staff, client marketing team, and outsourced vendors/freelancers.
Manage a team of Account Managers, maintaining a thorough knowledge of account plans and strategize with team for monthly digital marketing plans based on client briefs.
Interact with clients, understand briefs, plan and manage campaigns, and evaluate and discuss solutions to enhance brand position.
Ensure timely delivery of all campaign collaterals within the communication mix, meeting client requirements.
Uphold design aesthetics for the brand, ensuring continuous improvement of imagery.
Review and assess performance metrics, gather regular feedback from clients regarding work quality and areas for improvement.
Prepare creative briefs, conduct briefings for the team, and actively participate and manage creative thinking and brainstorming sessions.
Identify opportunities within the teams to take up more business/projects.
Track competition brands, suggest execution ideas, and identify opportunities to benefit the brand.
Track monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for brands, based on AOPs or quarter planning activities.
Spearhead brand estimates, sign off, invoice closure, and payment tracking.
Manage and safeguard all information and materials related to the brand.
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in account management, with 2-3 years specifically in a digital agency.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple medium or large-sized projects simultaneously and independently.
