Job Title: SEO Specialist/SEO Analyst

Job Description:
As an SEO Specialist/SEO Analyst, your role is to improve the visibility and organic search rankings of websites in search engine results pages (SERPs). You will work closely with marketing teams, web developers, and content creators to optimize websites for search engines and attract more organic traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-volume search terms that can drive organic traffic to websites.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URL structures, and internal linking, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- Technical SEO: Perform technical website audits to identify and fix issues that can affect search engine crawling and indexing, such as broken links, duplicate content, and XML sitemap optimization.
- Off-Page Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest blogging, content promotion, and social media engagement.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword research and on-page optimization strategies.
- SEO Analytics: Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, track keyword rankings, analyze traffic patterns, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to ensure the implementation of up-to-date strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to outrank competitors in organic search results.
- Local SEO: Optimize websites for local search results by managing local business listings, implementing schema markup, and optimizing Google My Business profiles.
- SEO Recommendations: Provide recommendations for website improvements based on SEO best practices and data analysis to enhance organic search performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or in-house digital marketing role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
