Job Overview
We are seeking a highly competent Sales Executive for company dealing in IT Solutions and Advertising.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Collection for retail software.
- Prospect generation for retail software business.
- Tele calling, Mailing, Cold calling & direct visit to generated Prospects.
- Agency or Channel Partner calling for business generation.
- Visiting/Calling to Customer for Feedback & Testimonial.
- Visiting/Calling to customers for Outstanding Payments.
- Online demo or sharing Presentation & Proposal Submission, Quotation submission. (via Visit / Mail / WhatsApp) Negotiation with HOT clients/calls.
- Collect Purchase order from Customer & book Sales Order in system.
- Post Order execution, communication, with inhouse team, Customer or Agency.
- Achieving Business Targets in assigned area & segments.
- Maintain healthy relation with all clients. Focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Good understanding of CRM software.
Job Requirements:
- BBA/MBA/Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar role, customer services, sales role preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills and Negotiation Skills
- Excellent Communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi
- Handling sales data analytics, Lead Generation.
- Good understanding of CRM software
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Excellent phone manner and articulation.
- Good computer knowledge - MS word, Excel, PPT.
- Preference for male candidates
- Willingness to travel in field
