Plan and drive the GTM for Invent India
Drive brand building in the Indian market
Drive the annual bookings/ sales targets for India market
Generate leads with target accounts in Manufacturing sectorin the India market
Develop/ deepen relationships with client/ CXOs
Drive pursuits along with Invent India Competency teams
Work closely with CG India Sales/ Account team to identify new leads/ pursuits
Primary Skills
14 to 20 years of progressive work experience in Consulting firms (e.g., Big 4, Accenture, IBM)
Prior consulting/ service sales and business development experience
Work experience in Manufacturing sector (Industrial Manufacturing)
Exposure to digital manufacturing domain - smart factory, digital supply chain, dashboards/ business performance KPIs/ manufacturing operations
Understanding of latest industry trends/ implications for consulting services
Past experience of working with CXOs across domains in the Manufacturing sector
Working in a cross-functional environment/ collaborating with various stakeholders
Secondary Skills
Education: MBA from premium institute
