Job Summary:

Job Summary-

As Assistant Manager you will play a pivotal part in ideating and implementing AD-monetization programs at Hotstar. Your role will involve identifying growth initiatives for Hotstar's Ads business, engage with our product and business development teams and drive initiatives for successful conclusion

About the team-

This role is part of the Ads Revenue - Strategy and Operations Team which primarily is

responsible for driving Business Transformation Projects (Monetization, Digitization and

AdTech), and Revenue Reporting for the Hotstar Ads Business.

Reporting To - Senior Manager - Client Success, Ad Operations & Revenue Operations

Key Responsibilities-

• Ideate new Ads - Monetization programs, initiatives and proof of concepts using research methodologies and data based insights
• Setup and drive programs by partnering with cross functional teams such as Sales, Product, Ad Tech, Analytics and Ops
• Develop an in-depth understanding of OTT & Ads Ecosystems to improve initiatives.
• Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, dashboards, and flowcharts
• Dive deep into campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills & Attributes for success-

• Experience in OTT, Ads business, Consumer Tech, Digital Marketing - Performance Business, Consulting
• Hands on experience on digital analytics, performance marketing, monitoring and dashboarding

Preferred Education & Experience-

• 3-5 Years of relevant work experience
• Good to have - MBA from Tier 1/2
