SUMMARY

This Individual Contributor role plays a crucial role in F&A Transformations Team, carrying a real-time sound working expertise & advanced to expert knowledge on Alteryx, Excel, Macros and PowerBI. S/he will bring a value-add thought process, by evaluating, identifying, developing, solving complex problems & deploying the potential solution(s) using effective and innovative methods. Drive process & continuous improvements leading to improving productivity and efficiencies across Finance in Realpage organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Process Leads & Process Owners in Finance & Accounting across geographies, to define, evaluate, develop, test, and deliver quality business-impact projects using Alteryx, Excel, Macros and PowerBI.
• Must have excellent troubleshooting methods and managing / modifying existing workflows and provides ongoing support.
• Carries strong knowledge of databases, process automation and data analytics and UATs.
• Data preparation, data blending, designing, development, and deployment of Alteryx workflows.
• Prepares Process Design Document (PDD), Solution Design Document (SDD), Feasibility Analysis Report (FAR), SOPs & Process Flow Mapping.
• Prioritize & meet deadlines on assigned and adhoc projects / activities and serves as a backup.
• Should be able to train & develop in-house talent in F&A on advanced Alteryx, Excel & Macros.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Between 7-9 years of overall experience and must have atleast 5 Years of core experience on Alteryx (end to end with Design to Deploy knowledge on both designer desktop & designer cloud) and Excel Macros. Can be CA / MBA / M. Com / B. Tech educational backgrounds.
• Must be a Certified Alteryx Designer Advanced. (Good to have Alteryx Designer Expert Certification).
• Must have Advanced to Expert knowledge in Excel, Macros & PowerBI.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills & carries innovative mindset, passion & interest in learning other RPA tools and analytics platforms.
• Experienced in working with Global Teams with excellent verbal, non-verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good to have knowledge on Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Tools, Methodologies & Techniques.
