Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Manager at Coco Lagoon by Great Mount located in Pollachi. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, training the on-site staff, and managing guest relations.
Qualifications
- Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ability to train on-site staff for delivering excellent customer service
- A Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism or a related field
- Experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Proficient in English and Tamil Language
