Responsibilities: Design and architect customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, systems, and architectures tailored to meet the unique business requirements and customer needs of the organization. Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements, user needs, and customer journeys to inform the CRM strategy, roadmap, and architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement CRM solutions utilizing leading CRM platforms and technologies such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAP, leveraging their capabilities to drive sales, marketing, and service operations. Customize and configure CRM workflows, processes, and functionalities to automate and streamline sales, marketing, and service operations, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Integrate CRM solutions seamlessly with other business systems, applications, and data sources to facilitate efficient data flow and process automation, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across the organization. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to gather requirements, define CRM solutions, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and success. Document and communicate CRM designs, architectures, and best practices to promote consistency, facilitate knowledge sharing, and ensure alignment across the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in technical principles and concepts. Demonstrated experience as a CRM architect or in a similar role, showcasing proficiency in designing and implementing CRM solutions using leading CRM platforms and technologies. Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and technologies such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAP, with hands-on experience in customization, configuration, and integration. Knowledge of sales, marketing, and service processes and best practices, enabling effective design and implementation of CRM solutions tailored to business needs. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and solution-driven approaches within cross-functional teams. Skills: CRM Architecture: Proficient in designing and implementing CRM solutions, systems, and architectures aligned with business requirements and customer needs. CRM Platforms: Expertise in CRM platforms and technologies for sales, marketing, and service operations, leveraging their capabilities to drive business growth and success. Integration: Skilled in integrating CRM solutions seamlessly with other business systems and applications to facilitate efficient data flow and process automation. Collaboration: Effective teamwork within cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver CRM solutions that meet organizational objectives and drive business success. Preferred: Certification in CRM architecture or CRM platforms, validating specialized expertise and proficiency in designing and implementing CRM solutions tailored to business needs and objectives.
