Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Caller role in Delhi, India. The Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients to inform them about our matchmaking services, answering clients' queries, and setting up appointments with our matchmakers. The Caller will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of clients in our database.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
Relevant personal qualities such as being a good listener, having empathy, and being patient, can also be beneficial for this role.
