Fundamental Parameters:
- Location: Kharadi, Pune
- Education: Accountant
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years
Requirements Functional Parameters: - Manage tasks including Inter Unit Reconciliation manage day-to-day accounting operations, Payables, Capitalization, Insurance, and Contract Accounting.
- Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
- Assist in developing and monitoring budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial targets.
- Oversee the complete financial process, ensuring accuracy and compliance at each step.
- Demonstrate proficiency in GST, TDS, and other accounts-related compliances, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with both External and Internal Auditors, providing necessary documentation and information.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Lead the tax audit process and ensure full compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Interact with government authorities, clients, business partners, auditors, and vendors.
- Review and authorize online banking payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, maintaining control over the master data of the general register.
- Thoroughly verify bills both manually and through the system, ensuring accuracy.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using ERP systems, Tally, and SAP for financial management tas
