Acting as a Liaison between the CEO and Other Departments: Facilitate smooth communication flow between the CEO and different departments. Ensure the CEO is well-informed to make informed decisions.
Check & Revert to the Emails of the CEO: Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
Travel Coordination and Logistics Management: Arrange and coordinate all travel logistics for the CEO, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Communication and Correspondence Management: Manage all forms of communication for the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and letters. Ensure thorough and organized communication to prevent any oversight.
Handling Documentation: Draft reports, create presentations, and manage contracts with attention to detail. Organize and maintain accurate records of all documentation.
