Location - Mumbai (Bhayandar to Andheri)

Job Title : Executive Assistant To Managing Director

No. of years of Experience required : 3-5 yrs. as a Secretary.

Major Job Responsibilities :

· Servicing & Supporting day-to-day operational work & administrative tasks of the Managing Director

· Should have excellent communication skill (both oral and written). Should be proficient in English.

· Taking dictations. Preparing presentations

· Should have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PPT), with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.

· Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents

· Calendar management / appointments.

· Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, interfacing with clients.

Qualifications Required:

• Graduate / Postgraduate.

• Around 3-5 years of experience of working as Secretary.

• Excellent command in oral and written communication

• Proficient in MS Office viz; Word, Power Point, Excel, Web browsing etc

Salary: As per Eligibility and Experience
