Junior Technical Recruiter
Location: Panchkula (Chandigarh)
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Shift: IST Day Shift
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and a passion for connecting with talented individuals. Responsibilities:
- Conducting fullcycle recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and negotiating job offers.
- Utilizing various platforms such as LinkedIn Foundit and other professional networks to source qualified candidates.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and preferences.
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate profiles job postings and communication.
- Providing timely updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
- Staying updated on industry trends best practices and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process and team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical recruitment or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close job offers effectively.
- Proficiency in using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Foundit etc.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Positive attitude resilience and a growthoriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet recruitment targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates who have experience with Staffing firms would be preferred.
