Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
- Execute, and manage Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads campaigns & other paid media channels.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.
- Create A/B tests for ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and produce data-driven insights to improve ROI.
- Monitor budget allocation and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
- Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead quality and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to develop campaign creative assets.
- Creating Media Plans for upcoming and existing clients.
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and paid advertising channels.
- Generate and present KPI reports on campaign performance to clients
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager & other Tracking Tools
- Understanding of ad targeting and re-targeting techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and generate insights.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques, and marketing funnel optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Should have a basic knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
