Job description
We are hiring for Process Specialist - Global Payroll for Pune Location.
Location: Pune Qualification: Graduate (Full Time) Shift: UK Shift (12.30 Pm to 10.30) Experience: Min 2 Year Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days Overall Purpose of the Role To manage and perform payroll tasks as per timelines, reviews and validates the inputs, process payroll information in line with Company policy and procedures Key Accountabilities – *SLA Compliance: Executes payroll tasks as per prescribed guidelines and timelines in order to meet SLA targets. *Participates/Supports the TL in the daily huddles, provides inputs on processes / business to the team IN ORDER TO ensure delivery predictability *Process Compliance : Executes transactions in order to meet quality standards. Conducts QC / QA programs as part of the quality plan IN ORDER TO ensure adherence to process steps *Customer Interaction: Handles / helps resolve escalations at the process level IN ORDER TO ensure high customer satisfaction Person Specification – Essential A minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in payroll or a similar role.
