Enterleap Consulting is #hiring experienced #servicenowdevelopers for a leading client at multiple locations in IndiaMandatory Experience: 4-7 years as a ServiceNow developerResponsibilities: Designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the ServiceNow platform Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using Scripted Rest API, Rest API (Outbound & Inbound) & Authentication Process Implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Portal, Performance Analytics & Employee Centre Knowledge Troubleshooting issues and providing consultative guidance to stakeholders and team members Multitasking, self-learning, and demonstrating good functional knowledge Leading projects, supporting activities, and training or mentoring other developers Communicating, presenting, and problem-solving effectively Understanding ITIL/ITSM processes and ITBM process and implementationQualifications: A bachelor's degree in Engineering Hands-on experience in Glide Scripting, Java Script, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX & AngularJS Hands-on experience on various ServiceMow modules such as ITOM, HRSD and fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM
