Skills : SAP HCM Experience : 05 - 12 Years Location : LTIM PAN India

Job Description : • Experience in SAP HCM applications implementation and support. Design and Configuration • Knowledge on Org Management, Personnel Administration, Personnel Development, Performance Appraisal, Time Mgt (+ve), Payroll (India) and Compensation & Benefit submodules of SAP HCM. Ability to manage Change management and HCM Release process. • Must have Knowledge on Integration between SAP HCM. Must have End to End implementation and Support experience • Must have good written and verbal communication skill and Interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage customer. Must have worked in Onsite-Offshore Delivery Model

Good-to-Have • Qualification MBA (HR) or Any Graduate, with HR functional experience and SAP HCM Certification • Knowledge on Below areas SAP OM and PA, Time management, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits Technical knowledge to debug issues

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role • Troubleshooting of SAP HCM issues. • Manage Change management and HCM Release process • Should be able to manage Integration issues between SAP HCM and other SAP modules. • Should work on Incidents / Service Requests / Change Requests / Project related to SAP HCM External Job Title
