Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online store, including customer service, order fulfillment, sales, and inventory management. The Ecommerce Specialist will also work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales skills
• Experience with Ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Snapdeal,Shopify.
• Experience with online advertising platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Ads
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
