Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef at The Crumb. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation and production of baked goods, as well as menu development and costing. You will manage and train kitchen staff, maintain quality assurance standards, and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation skills
• Culinary Skills and Cooking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in menu development and costing is a plus
• Formal culinary education and certification is preferred
