Key responsibilities:
- Minimum 4 years of hands on experience with Content and Social media analytics.
- Influencer Marketing knowledge would be a bonus.
- String grasp of Digital Marketing ecosystem.
- Strategize, plan and conceptualise creative content and have a deep understanding of the key metrics, insights, and analytics across different social media and content platforms (like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, other social media networks, content platforms, mobile apps, blogs, etc. ) and be comfortable with social media and web analytics tools.
- Demonstrate experience using data and KPI metrics to monitor the performance of organic content along with measuring paid campaign effectiveness, making recommendations on adjustments, and creating opportunities to increase marketing ROI.
- Performance marketing knowledge
- Responsible for the social media calendar and execution of the same for artistes and Overture
- Ideating, planning, creating and executing strong events and concepts for high-engagement social media campaigns
- Coordinating with the design team for creative ideas
- Maintain posting schedules across all the platforms
- Build creative campaigns for new song/music/video/product launches, and events.
- Post content for social media platforms as per the schedule for both Overture & its artistes
- Involved in reporting and digital analytics using tools.
- Act as the SPOC for all things social media and content related for the artistes & Overture
- Up-to-date with the latest trends
- Proficiency with copy-writing, content-writing, blog-writing
- Should have excellent time management and planning skills and have the ability to adhere to strict schedules and deadlines
