Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Learning and Development Specialist. The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks relating to training and development, learning management, instructional design, communication, and coaching.

Qualifications

• Training and development, learning management, and instructional design skills
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Coaching ability
• Ability to develop and manage training materials
• Proven experience in learning and development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in e-learning platforms, experience in project management, knowledge of technology-enabled learning, and certifications in relevant specialties such as instructional design or training.
