What will you do at Fynd - Provide administrative support to the employees and keep a record of all their information in a confidential manner
- All Work Related Flight Bookings
- All Work Related Hotel Bookings
- Car Bookings for Official Travels
- Travel Data Management (DSR)
- Arranging Packers amp; Movers.
- Checking amp; Updating the Invoice No. against official bookings done.
- Coordinating with finance for payment release.
- Ordering for supplies and coordinating with vendor for orders.
- Assisting team for travel bookings and maintaining records.
- Inventory Data Management for all Purchase.
- Maintaining Inventory amp; Logistics
- Shuttle Attendance Record.
- Employee Attendance Record.
- Office Cleanliness
Some Specific Requirements - Graduate amp; IATA Qualified
- Computer knowledge
- Advance Excel knowledge
