Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager in Guwahati. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying potential clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions to meet clients' needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
