3-5 years Position Overview: As a QA Automation Engineer with 3-5 years of experience, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with our development and QA teams to design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium, Java, and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) frameworks. Key Responsibilities: ● Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium WebDriver and Java. ● BDD Framework: Implement and enhance Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks like Cucumber from scratch to facilitate collaboration between QA and development teams. ● Test Planning: Participate in test planning and strategy discussions to ensure effective test coverage. ● Test Execution: Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects and issues. ● Defect Management: Document and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues. ● Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of existing features after code changes. ● Continuous Integration: Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for early detection of issues. ● Test Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports. ● Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. ● Quality Assurance: Contribute to improving the overall QA process and best practices within the organization.Job tags
