Job description
Responsibilities includes complete life cycle management support for above digital technologies (installation, break-fix, upgrade, security patching, decommissioning). Supporting Cytiva internal and external customers globally working in different time zones as per business needs.
Maintain monthly digital technologies operational KPIs and bowlers, foster and practice DBS culture to drive continues improvement and growth
OptiRun Connect edge devices monitoring and maintenance.
User management, user trainings, technical and process documentation, project management and new product introduction support for Cytiva digital initiatives.
The essential requirements of the job include
5+ years experience testing/supporting industry 4.0/5.0 technologies (IoT, Augmented, Virtual, Mixed Reality, Beyond Trust remote desktop control application, artificial intelligence) ideally in service industry.
Proven expertise and experience advance IT/Networking/ cloud (AwS/Azure) servers management, security patches deployments and management. Knowledge of networking & firewalls Knowledge of OPC Servers, OPC Data (UA & DA), OPC Bridge & Tunnellers, DCOM and Data Servers
Proficient business communication skills, dynamic, quick learner, self-starter, and ability to work without or limited supervision
Experience working in operational bowlers, process implantation, Process improvements
Proven understanding of digital technologies and their application in service/Biotechnology industry
Working knowledge of service applications e.g service CRM (salesforce, ServiceMax), Product data management (Anipart, Magic)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Previous experience in leading people, projects, trainings, workshops, vendor management
