Job description
- Assist the corporation in minimizing or eliminating risks associated with operational financial and technological business processes.
- Identify assess and manage risks inherent in daily operations implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Enhance internal controls and corporate assurance frameworks to fortify risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with various teams to analyze and address the companys hazards identifying and capitalizing on risky opportunities.
- Develop and implement risk management policies ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide expertise and support in risk assessment offering recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of risk models and methodologies to evaluate risks effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices in risk management to continuously enhance the companys risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Risk Management within a financial organization.
- FRMII certificate from GARP; or CFAII or III Charter holder from CFA Institute USA.
- Strong understanding of financial markets risk assessment techniques and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities capable of collaborating across departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment managing multiple priorities effectively.
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Risk Management within a financial organization. FRM-II certificate from GARP; or CFA-II or III Charter holder from CFA Institute, USA.
