Roles and Responsibilities

● I nterpret creative briefs and translate

them into visually compelling static and video concepts and designs. ● Collaborate with copywriters to develop integrated creative ideas that align with the client's objectives, and

present ideas and concepts to colleagues and clients

in a captivating and engaging manner. ● Ensure the

quality and consistency of design deliverables,

maintaining high standards throughout the creative process. ●

Engage with colleagues and clients,

utilizing your human empathy and intelligence to understand and address their needs. ● Conceptualize and execute visuals based on requirements –

statics, videos, shoot, and use of AI. ●

Create visually stunning and impactful designs

that evoke emotional connections and resonate with the target audience. ●

Work with copywriters and creative supervisors

to produce a final design in the defined period. ● Ensure final

graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. ●

Forecast design needs

and keep abreast with the industry trends. ●

Edit raw video footage

where necessary, add special effects to

enhance the graphics , and select and edit video tracks for the animation. ● Edit

artwork illustrations and infographics

used in the animation.

Desired skills and experience

● Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Diploma relating

to graphics design, fine arts, marketing, media, or other related courses ● Proven

experience as an Art Director or similar role,

showcasing a portfolio of outstanding design work ● Proficiency in design software and

AI tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, and Midjourney ●

Strong passion for creativity, shoot content,

and a genuine love for clever and beautiful creative work ●

Ability to think creatively

and come up with innovative ideas that surpass machine-generated designs ● Solid understanding of

creative concepts and proficiency in digital production ● Strong visual conceptualization skills with the

ability to translate ideas into impactful advertising content ●

Sound knowledge of digital production

processes and experience in through-the-line conceptualization

Job Description- Senior Art Director

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously ● 3-4 years of prior experience in Art Director role at an advertising agency or digital marketing agency is a must ●

Experience in working on brands across automobile, FGCG & lifestyle clients would be preferred ● Awareness of trends and developments in design, AI, videos, materials, techniques, and technology ● Application of consumer trends and cultural insights in the creative process ● Excellent project management skills, ensuring efficient execution and delivery of projects
