Hiring for a Life Insurance Major
- Role: Sales Manager
- Age: 27-32 years
Key Responsibilities - To drive adoption of Service sales approach on the Orphan customer.
- To ensure the differentiated and segmented approach to various campaigns
- To manage attrition of the front-line sales force and limited availability of quality talent.
- To ensure the maintenance of relationships with Orphan customers.
- Up-sell to customers assigned through various campaigns.
- Ensure Renewal collection and AUM conservation of the assigned base
- Allocate leads to the team members as per targets decided.
- Periodically monitor and review performance on the assigned topline and health parameters.
- Handhold and guide them on the sales process, lead conversion, and closure of the sale.
- Aggressively downloading all the RnR activities run by the organization.
- Executes smooth functions of the sales and other processes in order to maximize business potential.
- Ensure relevant people are in the right place at the right time in order to maximise the productivity.
- Execute the right method of business acquisition in order to get a profitable mix for the organization.
- To ensure recruitment of team in a time-based manner.
- To manage attrition within the specified limits.
- Ensure continuous on-the-job training and skill enhancement of team members.
