Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of retail branch operations related to housing services, including staffing, scheduling, and budget management

Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, including training, coaching, and performance management

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities related to housing services
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community partners
Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales results, and customer feedback to senior management
