Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our Marketing Operations department. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving our CRO efforts by continually optimizing our applicants’ personal portal and conversion funnels, driving product improvements, and monitoring conversion rates. Working closely with marketing leadership, the CRO specialist will own the conversion optimization process, run A/B testing, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role requires a deep understanding and expertise in conversion rate optimization, website and product enhancement launches, A/B and multivariate testing, and exceptional analytics and communication skills.

About the role: Work closely with the marketing leadership team to develop, implement and execute data driven CRO strategies Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations Define clear KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of CRO initiatives, regularly reporting on progress and outcomes Assist in launching product enhancements, new applications and functionality improvements Create and maintain an A/B testing strategy Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generation forms Increase funnel marketing efficiencies Collaborate with cross functional teams (Marketing operations, enrolment, website, student experience and processing, product, data, etc.) in order to optimize each marketing conversion path.

About you: Bachelor's degree in a related field Proven experience (5+ years) in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and inbound and outbound marketing tactics Proven experience conducting UATs for websites, apps or functionality launches Expert in using data to strategize and plan conversion rates improvements. Excellent project management skills Must have experience with: Google Analytics, UAT, UX research, A/B Testing Tools, user behaviour visualization tools (such as Hotjar) and CMS tools experience (WordPress or similar), HTML, CSS & Javascript. Analytical skills: Excel, data visualization tools (such as Power BI). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. English fluency is a must for this position.
