Job description
Job Description :We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic tech leads for delivery roles in large-scale AEM projects. The candidate will be leading a team of 8 to 12 members and responsible for the technical deliverables of the team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical directions during the implementation phase and detailing the design to a level that can be used by developers for development. The candidate will be responsible for the following : - Technical design Technical delivery - Providing technical direction to team and addressing roadblocks Automated Unit test cases development - Defining best practices and making sure deliverables adhere to it - Discussion with architects, customers, and stakeholder groups - Providing inputs for backlog prioritization Identifying blockers for user stories and taking measures to address it - Understanding of NFRs and detailing steps to achieve NFR benchmarks - Performance optimization Estimations of modules and stories - Code review Qualifications : - 8+ years of overall experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM as a developer or tech lead - Capability to understand overall architecture and define detailed design - Minimum 2 years of full life-cycle implementation experience on AEM 6.x, preferably 6.3+, as Developer - Deep Expertise creating custom AEM components (JSP, Sightly) and OSGI bundles - Knowledge of AEM workflows, user management, roles and I18N Content migration to AEM, especially using automation techniques Consume and integrate rest and soap services to AEM (ref:hirist.tech)
