Job description
# Develop and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production and assembly plans based on marketing and customer demand.
# Conduct capacity and manpower planning in alignment with the manufacturing plan.
# Utilize SAP for Material Requirement Planning and initiate purchase requisitions to ensure material availability.
# Manage Bills of Materials (BOM), production routing, and production version creation in SAP.
# Coordinate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and vendors to ensure timely material delivery in line with the production plan.
# Conduct physical inventory counting and reconcile discrepancies in the SAP system.
# Monitor production progress, compare Dispatch plan versus actual output, assess critical material status, and provide daily reports to management.
# Attend daily production meetings and set clear daily targets for the team.
