Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Thane. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR management on a day-to-day basis. Duties include Employee Relations, Legal Compliance, Recruitment and Staffing, Training and Development, and Compensation and Benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
• Experience: 3 to 6yrs
• Experience in HR Management, HR Policies, Employee Benefits, and Personnel Management
• Ability to implement HR best practices and keep abreast of industry trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources or related field
• Knowledge of legal compliance related to HR and employment law is a plus
