Experience Required (In Years) 2 or 3 YearsJob Description:- Strong oral and written communication skill - Updates, edits, and proofreads written materials such as Operational procedures, User manuals, checklists, how-to-guides, and FAQs. - Works closely with subject matter experts, cloud engineers, solution architects, product owners and marketing team. - Collects user data to determine areas of documentation that need revision and updating. - Ability to understand and accurately translate technical information for a general audience. - Proficiency in using Atlassian Confluence. - Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deadlines. - Knowledge/experience on Computer networking, Cloud Computing would be added advantage - Society of Technical writers' certification is a plusRequired Skills:- Technical Writing, Oral and Written communication skill in English language, Exposure to computer networking or IT software document writing (ref:hirist.tech)
