Position Overview:
As a HORECA Sales Specialist you will be responsible for driving sales within the HORECA sector focusing on coffee products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales specifically within the coffee manufacturing industry or HORECA/institutional sales and possess a deep understanding of the dynamics of the hospitality and foodservice market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients including hotels restaurants and catering businesses.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge:
- Possess indepth knowledge of our coffee products and their unique selling points.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase the quality and appeal of our coffee offerings.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records reports and forecasts.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 17 years of proven sales experience in the coffee manufacturing industry or HORECA/institutional sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the HORECA sector and an existing network of contacts within the industry.
