Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef, working in Mumbai. The Chef will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including meal planning and preparation, kitchen management, and staff supervision. The Chef will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction, ordering supplies, and keeping inventory records.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• Experience as a chef or cook
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to manage a kitchen and staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Knowledge of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
