Job description

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of healthcare candidates who are willing to accept available assignments/contracts. Looking for candidates with at least 1-2 years of Healthcare Recruitment experience.

Healthcare Recruiter - Core Responsibilities include:

Requirement :

1. Minimum 1-2 years' experience recruiting for Travel Nurses and medical professionals that include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for projects nationwide.
2. In-depth understanding of medical proficiencies, surgical, Med/Surg, ICU, etc.
3. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
4. A successful track record of candidate relationship building negotiating & closing.
5. Ability to obtain all credentialing criteria per hospital process.
6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers.
7. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Source potential candidates with the help of ATS , job boards, and social media platforms to obtain and track potential candidate.
2. Identify, screen, interview, qualify and evaluate candidates' ability and quality of fit for the position and company through behavioral interview techniques.
3. Coordinate with Client Delivery Leads and Head of Talent to foster strong, effective communication and prioritize our client's hiring needs.
4. Review, reformat and present resumes to Client Delivery Leads that meet client expectations.
5. Maintain relationships with all candidates spoken to and follow up with them on a consistent basis.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
4. Enthusiastic and motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the healthcare recruitment field.
5. Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and industry trends (training will be provided).
