Job description
Key SPOC :
· Critical & Major Incident management
· Support SME in Problem management
· Change & Operational Project Management
· Patch & Release Management
· Capacity Management
· Knowledge management (KEDB)
· Documentation and Reporting
· Getting resolution from Third parties, Vendors/OEM and suppliers for fault
· Effective handling of Technical Escalations
· Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SOW / SLA
· Provide support to SME RFO/ RCA (Root cause analysis) and Preventive maintenance
· Participate in assess Risk and Impact.
· Take initiatives in learning, certifications & evaluating new Networking Technology & Tools
· Contributing in KEDB & MIS customer report preparation on technology part
· Rich Hands-on experience of implementing of respective Routing, Switching & Wireless solutions. ( OEM such as CISCO, JUNIPER, ARUBA).
· Good understanding and Hands on Routing technologies like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP etc.
· Good Understanding and Hands on Switching technologies like STP, RSTP, VLAN's, VPC, link-aggregation etc.
· Good understanding about IPSEC, Firewall - Netscreen, SSG, SRX
· Excellent Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets
· Experience in designing POA for complex Change/Project.
· Good knowledge in preparing RFO, RCA’s, documentation, Knowledge Bank.
· Rich experience in handling of Project Implementation
· Good understanding on NMS & troubleshooting tools (PRIME/SOLARWINDS/DNAC etc.)
Good understanding of ITIL & best practices.
